  • Courtney Weaver - CPA

    CEO

    After graduating from Messiah College in 2016, Courtney worked at Trout Ebersole and Groff CPA firm and earned her CPA designation. Courtney founded Accounting Beyond Borders in 2016 after learning on a sports ministry trip that one of the biggest needs of ministries around the world is accounting. Now she is excited to found Catalyst Accounting Group.

    In her free time, Courtney enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband Jon, son Noah, and golden retriever puppy, Buddy!

  • Quintin Blank - CPA, Tax Preparer

    Quintin graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2020. He worked for RKL, LLP full time for three years from 2018 – 2021 in the tax department. Since 2021, he has been working for the nonprofit organization Accounting Beyond Borders. He is ready to help you through the Catalyst Accounting Group!

    In his free time, Quintin enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, playing the violin, and ultimate frisbee!

  • Sarah Heist - Client Accounting Services Specialist

    A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Sarah brings seven years of experience in the accounting field with a strong foundation in financial management and reporting. From an early age, she developed a passion for analyzing data and identifying trends—skills that continue to drive her work today.

    She is thrilled to be part of Catalyst Accounting Group and to focus full-time on serving nonprofit organizations. This role allows her to support meaningful causes around the world while building genuine connections with mission-driven teams. Even from behind a computer, she finds purpose in hearing their stories and contributing to their impact.
